Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, based in Srinagar. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms. Key tasks include designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring design consistency with branding. The role requires a strong focus on enhancing user experience and translating user needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to optimize designs
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding consistency
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design approaches
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred
