Payroll Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll data analysis and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will play a key role in optimizing payroll processes and assisting with reporting and audits.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Support payroll audits and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance for process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll analysis or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll laws and regulations.
  • Experience with payroll systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (preferred).
