Data Analyst-Workday HR Reporting for Mumbai

Exp: 5-8 Years

Location : Mumbai

05 Days Week (Both Side Transport)

Preferred Skills Set : Experience with Workday HR Reporting, EIB's, Custom Reporting, Dashboards, Power BI, Excel etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday & Systems Data Management

  • Manage and execute Workday EIBs for mass data uploads and updates
  • Support integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance)
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot integration issues and implement fixes
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes
  • Document data flows and integration specifications
  • Create and maintain processes in process management tool, Nintex

HR Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Develop dashboards using Power BI, ensuring clarity and accessibility for a range of audiences, whilst maintaining data access and privacy protocols
  • Maintain and evolve dashboard metrics in line with business priorities
  • Support in the preparation and launch of annual employee pulse surveys in PEAKON, ensuring data consistency in reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with year-on-year comparisons, trend analysis, and actionable insights for ICG overall
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and support follow-up actions
  • Lead data preparation and submission for external disclosures and other regulatory or voluntary benchmarks
  • Lead data preparation and management of HR data reporting within Annual Report
  • Support responses to DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) and client requests related to HR metrics
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, and other teams to align data sources and definitions

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data storytelling and insight generation
  • Proficiency in Workday, Power BI and Excel
  • Experience working with HR or D&I data, including survey analysis and external disclosures

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
