HR Data Analyst
position.

In this role, you will use
data analytics, HR metrics, and business acumen
to shape strategic people decisions. You'll help design, analyze, and maintain HR dashboards, models, and insights that directly influence organizational performance and employee success.


Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Architect, develop, and maintain
    best-in-class HR dashboards, metrics, and analytical models
    delivering actionable insights.
  • Conduct
    primary and secondary research
    on complex HR challenges like retention, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement
    robust data models and analytical frameworks
    that integrate with HR systems.
  • Ensure
    data integrity and compliance
    , supporting reporting across HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, and attrition.
  • Partner with
    HR Program Managers and local HR teams
    to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.


Requirements

  • Master's degree
    in HR, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • 0–3 years of experience
    in HR analytics, operations, or data-driven roles (including internships).
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    or similar database languages for data extraction and modeling.
  • Proven ability to perform
    deep-dive research and analysis
    to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Experience in
    building data pipelines/infrastructure
    or working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Advanced skills in
    Power BI or Tableau
    for developing scalable visualizations.
  • Curiosity and passion for
    applying data engineering principles to HR challenges
    .
