Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Tech Product owner – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
·    Lead AI Product Development\: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
·    Cross-functional Collaboration\: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of product plans.
·    Stakeholder Management\: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with product outcomes.
·    Performance Monitoring\: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and functionalities.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Proven experience in product backlog management, including prioritization, grooming, and sprint planning aligned with business goals.
·    Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with hands-on experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
·    Exceptional technical writing skills, capable of producing clear documentation such as product requirements, release notes, and user guides.
·    Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Worked in large product companies
·    Proven experience in product roadmap planning
·    Strong expertise in feature prioritization frameworks
