REPORTING TO : BRANCH MANAGER / HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
QUALIFICATION : GRADUATION / DIPLOMA IN COMPUTERS
EXPERIENCE: 1-5 YEARS
DRESS CODE: SPECIFIED DRESS CODE WITH I.D. CARD
DUTY HOURS: AS PER SCHEDULED REQUIREMENTS

DOCUMENT- JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB DESCRIPTION
Areas of responsibility:
1. To assist Radiologist in preparing report as dictated of USG and in other clerical job.
2. To coordinate with all patients before & after ultrasound.
3. To coordinate with the doctors/ consultant during, before & after ultrasound.
4. Transcribe documents from dictated tapes.
5. Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
6. Gather and organize typing material.
7. Create spreadsheets and presentation combining various data from existing files.
8. To help in maintaining PNDT related files in coordination with Radiologist.
9. To give priority to emergency cases and to co-ordinate with the consultants / respective department for the same.
10. To maintain appropriate departmental documentation.
11. To treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.
12. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
13. To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
14. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
