  • III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities
    • Type Discharge Summaries.
    • Type all types of medical certificates.
    • Take active part in departmental quality initiatives.
    • To help IT Team for upgradation in HIS.
    • To type and dispatch reports before scheduled time.
    • To observe and respect the privacy and confidentiality of patients, visitors and physicians.
    • To ensure minimal wastage of items.
    • Emergency on call during and after working hours.
    • To ensure minimal wastage of Letterhead and keep all reports in HIS / Microsoft word, of examination.
    • To attend to emergency / urgent report during and after working hours. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables
    • Timely delivery of report.
    • Ensure Zero typing error.
    • Ensures minimum wastage of papers and letterheads.
    • Cost effective and smooth functioning of PHP department. V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications Graduate (preferably with Diploma in Computer Application and Programming / Diploma or Certification as Medical Transcriptionist) Experience Preferably, with 1 to 3 years experience in a high volume institute.     • Communication skills.
    • Flexibility towards working in shifts – (As the role requires shift duties, including night shifts and emergency duties on call, as per monthly planned roaster). JOB DESCRIPTION I.
