About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, with a strong ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in lead generation and business closing.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably B2B).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ambitious.
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
