Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across key social platforms. The role requires daily content posting, active engagement with the audience, and coordination with internal teams to ensure impactful digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and handle company social media pages including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

· Plan, create, schedule, and post daily content across social media platforms.

· Monitor engagement and reply to comments, messages, and queries in a timely, professional manner.

· Work with the design and marketing team to generate engaging creatives, reels, and short videos.

· Research industry trends and competitor strategies to implement fresh and effective content ideas.

· Optimize posts with proper hashtags, keywords, and captions for maximum reach.

· Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.

· Track analytics and performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare reports.

· Assist in running paid campaigns/ads (if required) and coordinating with agencies.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with brand voice and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

· 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.

· Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook marketing.

· Basic graphic designing/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).

· Excellent communication and writing skills.

· Ability to analyze data and generate performance insights.

· Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
