Role: Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be the growth driver for IncorpX, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and connect with potential clients such as startups, MSMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
  • Sales Pitching – Present our services confidently in Hindi & English and close deals.
  • Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaboration – Work with operations and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Revenue Growth – Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience – Freshers with strong communication & sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
  • Language Skills – Fluent in Hindi (spoken) and comfortable in English.
  • Sales Mindset – Persuasive, self-driven, and results-focused.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary – ₹20,000/month (₹2,40,000 CTC/year) + performance-based incentives (no cap).
