Role: Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be the growth driver for IncorpX, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and connect with potential clients such as startups, MSMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
- Sales Pitching – Present our services confidently in Hindi & English and close deals.
- Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term client partnerships.
- Collaboration – Work with operations and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Revenue Growth – Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- Experience – Freshers with strong communication & sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills – Fluent in Hindi (spoken) and comfortable in English.
- Sales Mindset – Persuasive, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Relationship Builder – Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Hustler Mentality – Adaptable, quick learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary – ₹20,000/month (₹2,40,000 CTC/year) + performance-based incentives (no cap).
- Work Mode – Gurgaon, Haryana.
