About the Role
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and
engagement strategies for both our C2C (Consumer to Consumer) and B2B (Business to
Business) segments. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, improving
customer engagement and ultimately driving sustainable growth for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and hands-on experience in
digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to acquire Individuals
and businesses in multiple geographies with the ability to ramp up volumes at a low
cost per acquisition.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing,
referral programs and content marketing to attract and retain customers.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and
campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
• Increase organic acquisitions through a focused SEO strategy, maximizing keyword
research, on-page, off-page optimization, and lower bounce rates.
• Drive efficiency on all paid acquisition channels by tracking both cost per acquisition
and downstream behaviour such as revenue, margin, to ensure that the lifetime
value of customers acquired offers a significant return on the Acquisition Dollar
invested.
• Implement and manage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other
growth hacking techniques to improve marketing performance.
• Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized
marketing messages and improve customer lifecycle management.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence and affiliate marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights
and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points
• Develop all the marketing collaterals in-house or with the assistance of freelance
platforms.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA from a premier
institution is preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the banking industry.
• Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and engagement
campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google
Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic and similar
platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and
make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and other growth hacking methodologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of fintech trends, regulations, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
