Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the post-completion process for residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Register completed transactions with HM Land Registry within set timeframes.
  • Prepare and submit SDLT forms and ensuring timely payments
  • Ensure compliance with lender requirements
  • Dealing with Requisitions
  • Serve notices to landlords
  • Communicate with third parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of completed transactions.
  • Ensure all files are closed and archived properly.
  • General conveyancing admin

Key skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work in a customer-centric, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
