Requirement : Executive / Sr. Executive Taxation

Qualification : B.Com/ M.Com / MBA

Experience : 4-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tax Audit:

  • Prepare and review data required for tax audit under the Income Tax Act.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Ensure timely filing of Form 3CD and other relevant forms.
  • Address and resolve queries raised during tax audits.

2. Income Tax Assessment:

  • Handle scrutiny assessments and other notices from the Income Tax Department.
  • Prepare detailed responses to queries raised by tax authorities.
  • Coordinate with consultants/legal advisors for drafting replies and submissions.
  • Represent the company during hearings and discussions with tax officers.

3. Direct Tax Compliance:

  • Prepare and file income tax returns (corporate and individual, as applicable).
  • Monitor advance tax payments, TDS compliance, and 26AS reconciliation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and their implications.
