As the Head of Admissions, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of our admissions process, ensuring the enrollment of high-potential students who align with our vision of transformative education.

Key Responsibilities:

● Admissions Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy, including outreach, marketing campaigns, and events, to achieve enrollment goals for the inaugural schools.

●Prospective Family Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and articulating the school's mission .

● Selection and Enrollment Process:

Oversee the design and execution of a transparent, fair, and efficient selection process, ensuring that admissions criteria reflect the school's values and vision.

● Data-Driven Insights:

Use data and analytics to track admissions trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and refine outreach strategies to meet enrollment targets.

● Community and Partner Engagement:

Foster relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and key stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of prospective students and families.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● Ivy League educated, ex-founder, or 4+ years of consulting or leadership experience at successful startups, with a focus on sales, marketing and recruitment

● Ideal to have experience in admissions or students recruitment at top-tier schools or universities

● Exceptional communication skills and experience fostering relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, and community organizations.
