Qualifications & Eligibility:For Associate Professor – Psychology

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Ph.D. in Psychology (completed or ongoing) OR M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI licensed).
  • Must be NET qualified (as per UGC norms).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of teaching experience at the Postgraduate level.
  • Specialization:
  • Preference for candidates experienced in handling clinical psychology papers.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced concepts, assessments, and therapy modules in clinical psychology.

For Assistant Professor – Psychology

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology (RCI-recognised certificate preferred).
  • NET qualified as per UGC guidelines.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of teaching or professional experience.
  • Specialization:
  • Candidates with experience in Clinical Psychology or Industrial/Organizational Behavior (OB) preferred.
  • Ability to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials.
  • Guide students in academic, research, and fieldwork activities.
  • Develop and evaluate assessments and internal examinations.
  • Supervise dissertations, projects, and student counseling sessions.
  • Engage in departmental research, publications, and curriculum enhancement.
  • Participate actively in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and student mentorship.
  • Immediate or within 10 days joining availability preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
