**Location**: Padmashree College of Management and Sciences, Kengeri, Bangalore

**About the College**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
Master’s degree in Psychology (General / Clinical / Counseling / Applied / Organizational / Social Psychology or equivalent specialization) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- **NET/SET**:
Mandatory NET/SLET qualification in Psychology as per UGC norms.
- **Desirable**:

- Ph.D. in Psychology or allied specialization.
- Research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in teaching, counseling, clinical practice, or applied psychology.
- **Experience**:
Teaching and/or professional experience in counseling, therapy, assessment, or organizational psychology is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with Master’s degree and NET qualification are encouraged to apply.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology and its specializations.
- Provide counseling and support services to students (where applicable).
- Guide students in research projects and applied psychology work.
- Engage in research and contribute to academic publications.
- Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and college initiatives.
- Mentor and support students academically and professionally.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
