**About the College**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
Master’s degree in English / English Literature with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university.
- **NET/SET**:
Mandatory clearance of NET/SLET in English as per UGC norms.
- **Desirable**:

- Ph.D. in English or a related specialization.
- Research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- **Experience**:

- Teaching experience in higher education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers meeting the Master's degree and NET criteria are encouraged to apply.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Design and update the curriculum as per academic standards.
- Guide students in research projects and encourage publication in academic journals.
- Participate in departmental committees and contribute to college activities.
- Mentor and support students academically and personally.
- Keep abreast of developments in the field of English literature and language studies.
