Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an Assistant Manager and Counsellor. The role includes overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and providing career and academic counseling to students. Additional duties include coordinating with faculty staff, managing schedules, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and guiding students toward achieving their academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, organization, and team coordination
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills
- Experience in academic advising, career counseling, or similar student mentorship roles
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in an on-site setting
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or related fields
- Experience in educational institutions or management roles is a plus
