Job Description – Business Development Manager (Preschool Expansion)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our preschool chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, business growth, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive expansion of the preschool network through new franchise acquisitions and partnerships.

Identify and evaluate potential markets, locations, and investors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

Oversee end-to-end franchise onboarding, agreements, and operational setup.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support new centers.

Monitor performance of existing franchises and provide guidance for improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in education or franchise sector.

Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales and expansion targets.

Understanding of preschool/education industry will be an added advantage.

BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
