We are hiring friendly, professional Front Desk Executives / Receptionists to be the first point of contact at our Ahmedabad offices. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression on our clients, visitors, and partners. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients, and manage the visitor log.
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally; take messages when required.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier coordination.
  • Maintain conference room bookings and assist with meeting setups.
  • Manage basic office supplies inventory and place reorder requests.
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with facilities/housekeeping and security teams.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Liaise with office vendors and suppliers as required.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi).
  • Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Good phone etiquette and basic email handling.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn office systems. (Nice to Have)
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
