Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Client Relationship Manager
to join our team. This role blends
sales excellence
with
customer experience leadership
. You will be responsible for expanding Grape Legacy's market presence, building lasting client partnerships, and ensuring every customer enjoys a premium, seamless journey with us.
Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and converting new business opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and reporting on performance. In addition, you will manage client accounts, respond to queries, resolve issues proactively, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree is a must
