Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead global sales campaigns for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, building strategic partnerships, and closing enterprise-level opportunities across multiple geographies and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead International Sales Campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP offerings across various industries and regions.
  • Build and Manage a Global Sales Pipeline of enterprise opportunities from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Strategic Partners to execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with C-level Stakeholders to present tailored solutions and consultative sales strategies.
  • Drive Business Development Activities to identify new markets, accounts, and revenue streams.
  • Ensure Consistent Sales Performance and High Customer Satisfaction across assigned territories.
  • Utilize Sales Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, etc., for efficient outreach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on Industry Trends and Market Identifiers to refine targeting and positioning.
  • Apply Strong Consulting and Negotiation Skills to close high-value deals.
  • Prepare Sales Reports, Dashboards, and KPIs to measure performance and improve strategy.
  • Curate and Execute Strategic Sales Plans to ensure revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales and business development in the CRM domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (CRM and/or ERP).
  • Experience working closely with Microsoft and partner channel ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and generate insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
