Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using
    MS Dynamics 365 CRM
    .
  • Build and customize
    Power Apps Portals
    for internal & external user interactions.
  • Develop automated workflows using
    Power Automate
    and
    Logic Apps
    .
  • Create custom
    plugins, workflows, and integrations
    using C#, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Work extensively with
    Dataverse (CDS)
    , security models, and CRM configurations.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems via APIs and standard connectors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of
    hands-on experience
    in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Strong expertise in
    Power Apps Portals
    development.
  • Proven expertise in
    Power Automate / Logic Apps
    development.
  • Proficient in
    C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, REST APIs
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    Dataverse (CDS), plugin development, custom workflows, and security models
    .
  • Solid experience in
    API integrations
    between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
