Accounting and Finance Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounting and
Finance Intern
to join our team. The intern will support the finance department in daily operations, financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting-related tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure to corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and updating databases.
  • Support in preparing financial reports, statements, and presentations.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis and data interpretation.
  • Help in managing invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Research and compile information on financial markets, trends, and competitors.
  • Support the finance team in audits and compliance tasks.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic financial tools.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
