Responsibilities:

Gain insights through in-depth market and user research in the ed tech domain.

Develop a deep understanding of student personas and journeys. 

Build, frame & execute a persona-based communication plan to improve learning outcomes 

and product adoption. Articulate the value proposition of products & create compelling brand positioning and messaging. 

Conceptualize, build out, execute, and measure communication initiatives end-to-end. Improve CX through NPS, surveys, and feedback. 

Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc. 

Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams. Facilitate the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches. 

Expertise in tools like Clevertap, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, and Google Analytics. 

Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company

Requirements : 

Self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver a delightful student experience. 

Passion for products & constant curiosity about consumer pain points. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Have great project management and business process design skills.
