About The Opportunity
Join a growing administrative team as an on-site Front Desk Receptionist supporting daily office operations and first-point-of-contact services. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are customer-focused, punctual, and eager to learn front-office best practices with structured on-the-job training.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally; manage visitor registration, ID verification, and issue visitor badges.
  • Operate multiline phone systems—answer, route, and log incoming calls with clear and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; coordinate calendar updates and notify hosts.
  • Perform daily front-desk administrative tasks: receive and distribute mail/courier, manage basic office supplies, and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Handle basic cash transactions and petty cash reconciliation when required; prepare simple receipts and logs.
  • Escalate security, facilities, or client-service issues to relevant teams and maintain accurate visitor and incident records.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional telephone etiquette and basic verbal communication in English; ability to converse in a local language is an advantage
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using office software
  • Willingness to work on-site in assigned office location and maintain punctual attendance
  • Positive attitude, client-service mindset, and readiness to learn front-office procedures

Preferred

  • Prior internship or short-term experience at a reception, front desk, or hospitality role
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling or basic CRM tools
  • Ability to handle basic cash/POS transactions
