Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as an account manager. You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence.
Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.
Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business.
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
Solution Selling: Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.
Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, providing regular reports to management.
To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.
Requirements:
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Well-versed with the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain client connections.
Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
