Description:

We're looking for a Product Associate to assist in planning new features and products. Your job will be to work closely with the founder to define user journeys, create screen flows, and build low-fidelity wireframes (no visual design needed).

What You'll Do

  • Break down product ideas into clear user flows and screen-wise journeys
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes, flowcharts, and diagrams using Figma, Whimsical, Notion, or similar tools
  • Write simple and clear feature specs or user stories
  • Think from a user's perspective to identify usability issues and improve the flow
  • Help organize, prioritize, and structure product ideas logically
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to turn vague concepts into meaningful product experiences

Ideal Candidate

  • Freshers are welcome
  • Strong interest in product management and product design
  • Basic understanding of how SaaS / web / mobile products work
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Miro, Whimsical, etc.
  • Good communication skills and structured thinking
  • Ability to ask the right questions and turn rough ideas into clear flows

Bonus Points for:

  • Any prior experience in a startup or product role
  • Understanding of feature documentation, user story mapping, or wireframing
  • Knowledge of agile / sprint-based workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
