Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting laser systems. Daily tasks include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, providing customer support, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires frequent interaction with customers to provide technical guidance and support.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of laser systems, CNC machines, and related technologies
  • Technical expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the laser industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and service
