Job Description:

· Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional accounting and finance experience, preferably in a fund administration or alternative investment firm.

· Experience in calculating private equity or real estate waterfalls, with exposure to automation tools.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with waterfall automation processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

· Experience with fund administration software such as Yardi, Investran, Allvue, or eFront.

· Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python to enhance automation capabilities.

· Experience with reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
