Job Title: HCSSP2 Analyst, Human Capital Services

Position Summary:
We are seeking a tactical and detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking skills to support global Oracle testing initiatives within our People and Culture Global Services organization. This role will be pivotal in driving testing excellence, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting internal stakeholders across regions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle systems as a user, testing methodologies, and project management, along with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Testing Leadership:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle testing activities for global projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, scripts, and schedules.
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines, business requirements, and quality standards.
- Process Optimization & Stakeholder Support:
- Analyze current testing and support processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
- Provide expert-level support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Automation & Innovation:
- Identify opportunities for automation within testing and support processes.
- Partner with IT and business teams to implement automation tools and frameworks that enhance testing accuracy and speed.
- Audit & Compliance Support:
- Assist with internal and external audits related to Oracle systems and testing activities.
- Ensure documentation and processes meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Executive Reporting & Escalation Management:
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to executive leadership on testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Effectively manage escalations to ensure timely resolution, while translating technical issues and solutions into clear, business-friendly language that enables stakeholders to understand the impact and make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in using Oracle systems, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Oracle Testing Suite), and automation strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Oracle, ISTQB, or PMP.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
· Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
