Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities: ● Act as the first point of contact for all night-shift employees ● Handle attendance, shift rosters, and basic payroll coordination ● Support hiring coordination for night shift roles – screening, follow-ups, onboarding ● Maintain employee files, ID card issuance, and background verification ● Support night-shift employee engagement and grievance redressal ● Enforce HR policies and report any violations or concerns Admin Responsibilities: ● Coordinate employee transport services during the night shift ● Monitor office facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning ● Work with support staff (security, housekeeping, etc.) for smooth operations ● Maintain stock levels for office supplies and raise alerts for shortages ● Log incidents, maintenance issues, or escalations during the shift Requirements ● Graduate in any discipline (HR/Administration preferred) ● 1–3 years' experience in an HR/Admin role, preferably in a night-shift BPO environment ● Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills ● Ability to manage tasks independently during off-hours ● Familiarity with HRMS tools, PF/ESI basics, and transport coordination is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹34,086.73 per month
