RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review of literature search.
  • Responsible for development of analytical method using GC MS/ LC MS.
  • Responsible for drafting and documentation of methods.
  • Conducting analysis of the sample using GC MS/ LC MS.
  • Responsible for performing analytical method transfer using GC MS/LC MS.
  • Maintain LCMS, GC MS, HPLC /Balance/PH meter as per GLP practices.
  • Perform analytical methods suitability and calibration of the instruments.
  • Develop mass compatible methods for unknown identification.
  • Support characterization by using mass analysis.
  • Validating analytical methods using LC MS / GC MS.
  • Perform carry over of study.
  • Ensure GLP during working.
  • SOP review and preparation for LC MS /GC MS study.
  • Prepare spec and STP for inclusion of LC MS/GC MS method.

KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

  • Should be Masters of Science
  • Must have exposure to LCMS instrument in reputed pharma organizations.
  • Knowledge of GT testing and Nitroso amine testing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cGMP guidelines
  • Good Communication and problem solving skills.
  • Should be assertive, proactive and self-driven.
