Account Executive

Job Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. This role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments).
- Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Assist auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts-related queries.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP/Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Familiarity with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience with [Tally/ERP/SAP/QuickBooks] preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
