Internship – Finance & Investment Strategy with Ankit Goenka

Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension/full-time role)

About the Role

Join Ankit Goenka (Founder, JadeCaps Technologies; Ex-HSBC Banker) in an exciting internship focused on finance, investments, and strategic wealth management. This role is designed for MBA (Finance) students or Chartered Accountants who want hands-on exposure to investment strategy, financial structuring, compliance, and dashboard building using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Strategy: Analyze asset allocation models, public/private markets, alternative investments, and new financial instruments.
  • Financial Modeling: Build cash flow models, ROI projections, and valuation frameworks for investments.
  • AI-Powered Dashboards: Assist in setting up AI-driven dashboards for portfolio tracking, financial reporting, and decision support.
  • Compliance & Risk: Support in designing governance policies, reporting frameworks, and regulatory adherence.
  • Deal Evaluation: Help prepare investment memos, conduct due diligence, and benchmark opportunities.
  • Process Design: Work on standard operating processes for accounting, reporting, and performance review.

Who Should Apply?

  • Qualifications: MBA (Finance) students, freshly qualified/intermediate CAs, or candidates pursuing CFA/FRM.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets).
  • Exposure to accounting, taxation, or investment evaluation.
  • Curiosity to learn and apply AI tools for automation, research, and dashboarding.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and intellectually curious with a problem-solving attitude.

Bonus:
Prior exposure to investment banking, consulting, wealth management, or VC/PE internships.
