Back Office Staff

We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can handle computer work, data entry (in/out), and basic telecalling in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Enter daily in/out data and maintain Excel records
- Handle client calls and follow-up for enquiries (telecalling)
- Prepare reports and office documents using MS Word and Excel
- Maintain files and records (digital and manual)
- Support office staff in daily tasks
- Basic knowledge of computer, email, and printer operation
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in back office or computer work
- Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Punctual, responsible, and cooperative attitude
