**JOB OVERVIEW**:
Back Office Assistants provide support with daily administrative tasks in a company. Typical responsibilities of a Back Office Assistant are sorting the correspondence, implementing and optimizing procedures, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and collaborating with other departments.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Performing market research. Gathering and processing research data.
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. Assisting the Front Office team.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills. Assisting and supporting management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms. Ability to work as part of a team.
- Written and verbal communication skills
