The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting back office operations, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and performing analytical tasks. Effective communication and attention to detail will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficient in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication skills Customer Service experience Ability to work independently and in a team Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
