Digital Product and Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to lead our digital presence and product management initiatives. This role involves overseeing website development, managing vendors, handling social media activities, and driving product strategy to enhance user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Website Development & Management**

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website(s).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely updates, new features, and optimal performance.

  • Conduct regular website audits for SEO, UX, and content accuracy.

  • Manage integration of tools (CRM, analytics, payment gateways, etc.) to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

  • **Vendor Management**

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for website design, digital marketing, and other relevant projects.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

  • Track vendor performance and maintain healthy relationships with partners.

  • **Social Media Management**

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.

  • Coordinate content creation, publishing, and community engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to guide future campaigns.

  • **Product Management**

  • Define product roadmaps and work with technical and design teams to implement new features or improvements.

  • Gather user feedback to enhance product offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to ensure product alignment with strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.

  • 3–7 years of experience in digital product management, web development, or digital marketing.

  • Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS, or other CMS platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.

  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with startups, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.

  • Familiarity with graphic tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Basic knowledge of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
