Mission

Run SEO end-to-end for client sites. Own audits, fixes, content plans, local work, reporting, and calls. No hand-holding.

What you'll do

  • Strategy: 90-day plans with targets and clear deliverables
  • Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, CWV, speed, sitemaps, robots, redirects
  • On-page: keyword maps, briefs, titles, meta, headers, internal links, image alt
  • Content ops: clusters, outlines, AI-assisted drafts checked by you, publish calendar
  • Local SEO: GBP, services, posts, reviews plan; citations via BrightLocal; location pages
  • Off-page: safe outreach and digital PR ideas; anchor and page selection
  • Platforms: WordPress and Shopify hands-on edits
  • Reporting: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs; weekly ClickUp status and a monthly summary
  • SOPs: write playbooks so wins repeat

You have

  • 7+ years of SEO with agency or product wins
  • Proof of results with technical + on-page + local + content
  • Strong English writing; client-safe on calls
  • Tools: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Google Sheets; Surfer/Frase a plus
  • Can plan, execute, and report solo

  • Advanced schema (JSON-LD)
  • Shopify/WordPress theme tweaks
  • Digital PR, HARO/Qwoted experience

KPIs in the first 90 days

  • Close 90% of critical tech issues from the audit
  • +30% in top-20 keywords for target clusters (where content exists)
  • Ship 4–8 pages or posts per site per month (as scoped)
  • Local hygiene 100% and citations plan live
  • Weekly ClickUp update by Monday 9:30 AM EST; monthly report by Day 3
  • ≥90% on-time delivery

Contractor terms

  • Status: Independent contractor. You handle your taxes and compliance
  • Retainer: Monthly INR; invoice monthly; paid via Wise
  • Time: Set shift with 3–4 hours EST overlap
  • SLA: Reply in Slack/email within 4 hours during your shift
  • Security: NDA, IP assignment, data rules; work inside Clickworthy folders
  • Term: 3-month initial; then 14-day notice

  • 3-minute Loom: an SEO win (problem → work → result in GA4/GSC/Ahrefs)
