Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to manage end-to-end release activities across Salesforce environments. The role requires strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and SaaS-based release practices to ensure smooth and high-quality deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Plan, coordinate, and manage Salesforce releases across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production
environments
 Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
 Manage sandbox environments and ensure environment readiness for releases
 Coordinate parallel release streams across branches and environments
 Conduct pre-deployment readiness checks including scope validation, approvals, rollback
strategy, and artifact verification
 Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams for release alignment
 Monitor deployments during release windows and manage cutover activities
 Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment-related issues
 Ensure compliance with change management and release governance processes
 Maintain release documentation and deployment reports

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Salesforce release management, CI/CD tools, environment management, SaaS release processes, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent communication and problem- solving skills are required.
