Job Description

Handling customer calls, queries, and requests related to products and services for both inbound and outbound processes.

Managing complaints and resolving customer grievances effectively.

Applying process and product knowledge while responding to customers.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification: HSC / Any Degree / Diploma

Language Requirements & Salary

Kannada: 16,000 + incentives

Telugu: 15,000 + incentives

Malayalam: 15,000 + incentives

Shift & Week Off

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: 8 week offs per month (5 working days per week rotational)
