Job Description: Assistant Accounts Manager

Location: A-90, Third Floor, Sector 4, Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting software, along with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice & Documentation

Prepare tax invoices, sales/purchase orders, proforma invoices, delivery challans, and reimbursement/expense vouchers.

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

  1. Accounting Entries

Record all sales, purchase, and expense transactions accurately in the accounting software.

Ensure timely updates of financial records and ledgers.

  1. Compliance Preparation

Prepare and compile data for GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27EQ).

Conduct monthly reconciliations with the GST portal and ensure compliance reporting.

  1. TDS & Tax Payments

Prepare quarterly TDS working sheets and ensure timely deduction & deposit.

Generate and verify monthly challans for tax payments.

  1. Online Payments & Banking

Generate and manage Razorpay payment links for receivables.

Track bank transactions, update records daily, and handle banking correspondence.

  1. EPF/ESI Compliance

Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and payment of EPF & ESI challans.

Maintain compliance with statutory deadlines.

  1. Reconciliations & Follow-ups

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Monitor accounts receivable/payable, follow up on collections, and ensure timely vendor payments.

  1. Financial Oversight

Manage overall accounts functions with accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure financial discipline, compliance, and error-free reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, M Com, or CA Inter preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in accounting, preferably in GST/TDS compliance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books, MS Excel, and Razorpay.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and time management.

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, EPF/ESI, and accounting standards.
