Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office
operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities. The ideal candidate
should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee general office operations and maintain office supplies & inventory
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation
• Maintain records, files, and data entry accurately
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding support
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff for day-to-day requirements
• Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Support management with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in office administration or related role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
