ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who will be ready to travel and take on multiple responsibilities in the role of Business Development Executive. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES


• Take a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities


• Able to find the real estate within the given specifications


• Negotiate with the landlords on any issues


• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords


• Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis


• Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites


• Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 4 LPA. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company(Office Purpose).
