Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Expert located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Real Estate Expert will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients with property sales and purchases, conducting market research, and advising clients on the best real estate investments. Additionally, tasks will include coordinating with developers, facilitating property inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
