Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in Real Estate Channel Partner sales, lead management, client handling, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects in Rajarhat, Newtown, and Laketown, along with hands-on expertise in , MagicBricks, 99acres, and social media lead handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales team, ensuring target achievement and smooth workflow.
- Handle complete sales cycle: lead management, follow-ups, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring for team members.
- Coordinate and supervise site visits, ensuring professional client experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of top developers and current real estate projects in key locations.
- Manage and optimize leads from , Magic Bricks, 99acres, and social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.
- Create and maintain weekly/monthly sales reports, conversion trackers, and market insights.
- Ensure smooth client handling with focus on trust building and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with management to plan sales strategies and achieve business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Partner or Direct Real Estate Sales.
- Strong experience in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Deep knowledge of projects in Rajarhat, Newtown, and Laketown, including major developers.
- Hands-on experience with , Magic Bricks, 99acres, and social media lead management.
- Ability to handle multiple clients, site visits, and team coordination efficiently.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
