Job Title: Sr. Co-Producer

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Business Plan, future projections, and present it to the founders & stakeholders directors.

* Oversee overall expansion and growth of the Business as per the business plan.

* Responsible for stakeholder management & attending regular board meetings

* Establish deep inroads with major domestic OTT players.

* Collaborate with various stakeholders, OTT Platforms, writers, directors, talent, and studios.

* Collaborate with producers and directors to develop content.

* Responsible for revenue generation through business expansion & keeping a check on Accounts payable & receivable

* Assist in pre-production, production, and post-production processes.

* Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.

* Liaise with crew members, talent, and stakeholders.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Responsible for maintaining & reviewing the P&L

* Provide creative input and support.

* Comprehensive knowledge of P&A (Prints & Advertising) and Pre-sales.

* Experience in producing both theatrical and OTT feature films.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with top film stars, cast, and crew.

* Utilize exceptional negotiation skills with talent (stars, cast, and crew).

* Expertise across the entire production lifecycle, including pre-production and post-production.

Requirement:

  • 15+ years of experience in film/TV production.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects.

  • Experience with budgeting and scheduling software.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of film/TV production processes.

  • Strong network of industry contacts.
