  1. Planning Experience with Real Estate companies of 6+ years in Microsoft Projects (MSP).

  2. Ensuring the overall Planning of the Construction schedule.(Construction of civil, finishing, MEP and infra, contractors schedule, drawing schedule, and resource allocation productivity, permissions for OC)

  3. Tracking & Co-ordination (Contractors, Consultant & PMD) - Resolving Bottlenecks.

  4. Cash flow Preparation.( project Monthly, Quarterly , Monthly )

  5. Preparing quarterly Schedule, PPC, WPR, DPR and to monitor and track progress of work, giving updated weekly target to the team .

  6. Control and followup for RCC drawing, MEP drawing, Façade drawing, Railing Drawing, Fire chute & Architectural drawing.

  7. Reducing TAT (Turnaround time) and delay analysis report.

  8. Raising Milestone of Project.

  9. Co-ordinate with different departments, liaise with site team and propose techniques for optimizing time and cost.

  10. Monitoring and tracking of requisition to delivery of materials.

  11. To coordinate review meetings with management, consultants, vendors and contractors.

  12. Preparing MIS Reports related to projects.

  13. Ensuring follow up on drawings, designs, tenders and material procurement and contracts.

  14. Value Management, Cost Variance Report.
