Role Purpose:

The Sr. Territory Sales Manager at Orient Electric will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, fostering relationships with key accounts, and developing strategies to grow market share within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the specific characteristics of the assigned territory.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and customer trends in the territory.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation activities.

  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in territory sales management.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to drive and travel as needed.

Work Environment/Location:

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Noida. The role may require occasional travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and presentations.
